Welcome to The FAT & The CURIOUS
For years, I've joked about creating a parody of those famous action movie franchises... except instead of chasing bad guys, I'd be playing a hungry, nosy food lover whose signature line is:
"What You Eatin'?"
At the same time, I've spent years leaving Google reviews for the local restaurants and small businesses I genuinely love, earning well over 5 Million Photo Views.
Eventually, it hit me... why not combine both passions?
That's how these quick food reviews were born.
This is my fun way of celebrating great food, great people, and the local businesses that make our communities special. No fancy food critic stuff. Just one curious guy sharing places he enjoys and encouraging others to support them too.
I hope you enjoy the reviews, discover a few new favorites, and maybe even laugh along the way.
And if you've got a favorite restaurant, food truck, bakery, pizza shop, diner, or hidden gem, let me know! I'd love to hear about it and swing by for a quick review.

People First
For me, great food has never been just about what's on the plate.
I care about people. I care about small businesses. And I believe that great food should be served by good people.
I've eaten meals that weren't perfect, but the kindness, hospitality, and genuine care made me want to come back again and again.
On the other hand, I've had incredible food served with a side of poor service, and that's usually a one-time visit.
At the end of the day, food feeds the stomach, but people create the experience.
So when I do my reviews, I'm not just looking at the food. I'm paying attention to the people behind it, the atmosphere they create, and the way they make their customers feel.
Because great food gets my attention... but great people earn my loyalty.

Food Integrity
Food is a lot like comedy... it's healing, it's personal, and everyone has their own taste.
What makes one person smile might not be for someone else, and that's perfectly okay.
These reviews aren't about finding the "best" food. They're about sharing the places, flavors, and experiences that make me happy, in the hope that you might discover something you'll love too.
Whether we agree on every meal or not, I hope we can do two things together: laugh a little more and support some amazing local businesses along the way.
Who knows? Maybe one day we'll share a meal, a laugh, and a great story at the same table.
